On 8 March 2026, Dutch Composer, Mr. Krystoffer Dreps, visited the Griqua peoples and Paramount Chief Alan le Fleur at Kranshoek upon referral by the Nelson Mandela Bay University. The visit included wreath laying at the Volks monument and attending the rehearsal session of the Comet Choir.
